We can ship nationwide, even international. We provide free shipping on all items from our store. Free shipping is applicable to all orders except for bulk and wholesale.

The average processing time is approximately 1 to 3 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items. This also includes certain holidays.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & DAMAGES

1. Can I make changes or cancel my order?

We work hard to ship your orders as soon as possible. If the item is readily available, we process it for shipping right away. There's really a little window to changing/cancelling. 

If this happens, please send us a message as soon as you get the chance.

2. What is your return policy?

Should there be a need for you to return an item, you may return it 30 days upon receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason why you're returning it.

3. My item was damaged/faulty.

Please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We'd be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund. The replacement or refund usually takes 3-5 business days.
